Stacey Villani

Stacey Villani serves as the Director of Lifelong Supports at Lesley University since October 2023, where responsibilities include designing and overseeing an innovative program aimed at supporting Threshold alumni and neurodiverse individuals through various services and support systems. Previously, from August 2012 to October 2023, Stacey held the position of Division Director at Northeast Arc, managing day-to-day operations of the Family Services Division and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards while providing leadership to directors. Prior experience includes working as a Search Advisor at Stewart Search Advisors from January 2007 to August 2012, focusing on sourcing and maintaining a pipeline of actuarial candidates. Stacey holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Professional Studies with a focus on Human Resource Management from Boston University and a Master of Education degree in Non-Profit/Public/Organizational Management from Endicott College.
