Bohlokoa Lents'a has held various positions, starting as a Data Capturer at the Ministry of Home Affairs where responsibilities included capturing livestock information. Later, they worked as an Administrative Officer at Shoeshoe Consultancy, organizing company records and sourcing new clients. Currently, at Lesotho Electricity Company, they serve as a Credit Control Clerk. Additionally, they are a Program Coordinator at Africa Rising Foundation, where they support program planning and coordination, liaise with stakeholders, and present progress to management.
