The High Commission of the Kingdom of Lesotho represents Lesotho’s interests in Canada, the Bahamas, Barbados, Costa Rica Cuba, Guyana, Jamaica and Trinidad and Tobago. Over and above these countries, the Lesotho High Commission It is responsible for Lesotho's relations with the entire Commonwealth of the Caribbean

In Canada, the Lesotho High Commission also maintains an Honorary Consul in Vancouver, British Columbia which is accredited to the Provinces of British Columbia (excluding Vancouver Island), Alberta and Yukon.
