Xiaying Deng

Xiaying Deng has extensive experience in research and project management within the fields of psychology and behavioral science. As an EEG Research Assistant at Integrate Brain Health, Xiaying administered qEEG testing and utilized various research software to create patient reports. Previous roles at the University of Arkansas included serving as an Undergraduate Teaching Assistant and an Undergraduate Research Assistant, where Xiaying prepared course materials and conducted research in linguistics. At the University of Chicago, Xiaying conducted research in behavioral science and assisted faculty with projects. Currently, as a Senior Implementation Project Manager at Lessen, Xiaying manages multiple implementation projects, emphasizing risk management and project documentation.
