Charlene McGovern-Chase

Charlene McGovern-Chase is an experienced professional with a strong background in program implementations and customer satisfaction. Currently serving as an Implementation Project Manager at Absorb Software since April 2023, Charlene previously worked as an Implementation Consultant and Learning Program Architect at Skillsoft from December 2011 to April 2023. Prior roles include Team Leader and Facilitator at Delta Hotels and Resorts Global Reservations from April 2004 to December 2011, and Customer Service Reservation Agent at Air Canada from August 1999 to July 2003. Charlene holds a Certificate in Child Care from New Brunswick Community College, completed in 1992, and graduated from Sugarloaf Senior High School in 1989.
