Kirsten Simmons

Kirsten Simmons has worked in the food industry since 2013. Kirsten started their career at Quinoa Corporation - Ancient Harvest as a Sales Administrator, where they researched, approved, and processed customer deductions, obtaining a total of $232K of repayments. Kirsten then worked as an Area Sales Manager Southwest- Snack Division for B&G Foods, managing Snyder’s DSD business in Denver and Phoenix. In 2016, they became a Regional Sales Manager- Central for Saffron Road Foods. In 2019, they took on the role of Regional Sales Manager- West for Fishpeople Seafood, managing all Western US conventional and natural banners across a 17 state territory. Most recently, in 2020, they became Director of Sales- Central for Alpha Foods, managing 30 Alpha Foods SKUs across 5 different Frozen segments in all natural and conventional banners spanning a 20 state territory. Kirsten is currently the Director of Sales- West for LesserEvil Healthy Brands.

Kirsten Simmons has a Bachelor of Arts and Sciences from Hofstra University, where they majored in Political Science and Global Studies with a GPA of 3.81. Kirsten also studied Peace Studies and Conflict Resolution, as well as Sociology, at the University of Amsterdam.
