Li Dai is the Head of HR at 联塑新能源, where they lead global recruitment efforts and support regional HR initiatives. With over 20 years of experience in the renewable energy sector, they have spent more than a decade in human resources roles, including as an HRD in the real estate industry in Kuala Lumpur. Previously, Li served as HR & Admin Manager for CGN Singapore, where they spearheaded the establishment of the Singapore subsidiary. Li's educational background includes a Global HR Leaders Program from NUS Business School and a Graduate Certificate in HR from Singapore Management University. They possess strong cross-cultural skills and a deep understanding of labor laws in Singapore and Malaysia.
