Nicole Tucker-Smith

Nicole Tucker-Smith began their work experience in 2000 as a Teacher in Baltimore City Public Schools. From 2004 to 2006, they worked as a Program Coordinator at The Johns Hopkins University. Nicole then joined Baltimore County Public Schools and held various roles including Supervisor of Parent Support Services from 2006 to 2008, and Coordinator of Professional Development and Training from 2008 to 2010. From 2010 to 2012, they worked as an Assistant Principal in Baltimore County Public Schools. Since 2011, they have been serving as the Chief Executive Officer of Lessoncast Learning, where they support education leaders in providing impactful professional learning for teachers to enhance classroom practice.

Nicole Tucker-Smith started their education journey in 1995 at the University of Virginia, where they pursued a dual degree in MT and BA in the field of Education. Nicole successfully completed their studies in 2000. Later on, they enrolled in The Johns Hopkins University to acquire a Certificate in School Administration.
