Marquis Hare is a seasoned musician and educator with extensive experience in saxophone, piano, and flute instruction. Currently serving as an instructor at Lessons In Your Home since October 2013, Marquis also contributes to Clayton County Public Schools as a substitute teacher since August 2011. As a professional musician and performer since August 2002, Marquis has established a solid reputation in the music community. Educationally, Marquis holds a Master of Music in Jazz Studies from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville (2007-2010), a Bachelor of Arts in classical saxophone from Columbus State University (2004-2007), and an Associate of Arts in Music Performance from Gordon State College (2002-2004).
