Ricardo Miracca Gennari

Ricardo Miracca Gennari is an experienced professional in real estate finance and credit, currently serving as Director of US Real Estate Credit at Leste Group since September 2021. Prior experience includes a role as Senior Associate at Morgan Stanley, where responsibilities involved asset management of a $6.0 billion loan portfolio and preparation of quarterly reviews for senior management. Additional roles include Coordinator of Market Intelligence and Investments at Iron House Real Estate, Senior Analyst in Financial Planning at Rossi Residencial, and Analyst on the Portfolio Management Team at J.P. Morgan. Ricardo holds an MBA with a minor in Real Estate from Cornell Johnson Graduate School of Management, a Master’s degree in Real Estate, and a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from USP - Universidade de São Paulo.
