Joe Bjelland

Joe Bjelland is an experienced sales manager with a strong background in construction management and direct sales. Currently serving as the Lester Direct Sales Manager at Lester Building Systems, LLC since May 2018, Joe leads the Direct Sales Team and oversees Territory Managers in Minnesota, Wisconsin, and Illinois. Responsibilities include managing the annual sales operating plan and collaborating with construction operations and marketing for product and market share growth. Prior to this role, Joe worked at CentiMark Corporation for 12 years in various positions, including Flooring Project Manager and Commercial Roofing Service Sales Manager, where management of sales contracts and project estimation was key. Joe holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Construction Management from the University of Minnesota.
