The Construction Team at Lester Buildings is responsible for overseeing and executing the on-site assembly of custom building projects. Led by the Facilities & Equipment Manager and Construction Foreman, this team ensures that all structures are built to precise specifications, maintaining high standards of quality and safety. The Construction Laborers assist by performing various manual tasks essential to the construction process, ensuring timely and efficient project completion.
