Superviseur Opérations at Les Aliments Lesters

Dandy Mavakala is an experienced operations supervisor with a strong background in the food industry. Currently serving as Supervisor of Operations for both Lesters since November 2019 and Les Plats du Chef since December 2017, Dandy has demonstrated expertise in overseeing operational processes. Prior to these roles, Dandy worked as Supervisor of Operations at Olymel from February 2017 to December 2017. Dandy holds a Master's degree in Food Science and Technology from Université de Liège, which was completed in 2010.
