Let Property is the UK’s fastest-growing investment property sales agency – but we’re not a traditional estate agency. We operate as a marketing-driven, tech-enabled platform built to make buying and selling tenanted investment properties as seamless as trading stocks online.

We work exclusively with landlords, helping them buy, sell, and manage tenanted properties across the UK. By focusing entirely on landlord-to-landlord sales, we eliminate evictions, void periods, and downtime – ensuring both buyers and sellers benefit from a smooth, cash-flow-positive transaction.

🔹 15,000+ Active Investors
Our trusted database of over 15,000 active investors makes us the UK’s go-to company for securing tenanted properties that deliver rental income from day one. Every property we list is meticulously vetted, building the confidence that allows us to close deals quickly.

🔹 100+ Property Investment Consultants
Our dedicated team specialises exclusively in tenanted property sales. With an industry-leading training programme, our consultants provide expert, personalised guidance to investors at every stage of their journey. We believe informed investors create stronger deals – which is why we prioritise education at every step.

🔹 £1 Billion in Tenanted Property Sold
Founded in 2022 by Gary Wilson, Let Property was born in the aftermath of the pandemic. After successfully exiting his marketing business, Gary turned to building his own property portfolio and quickly discovered how outdated and stagnant the property investment landscape had become. His vision was clear: transform the industry into one where buying and selling investment property is as effortless as trading stocks. Since then, Let Property has facilitated over £1 billion in successful transactions.

At Let Property, our mission is simple: to redefine property investment and create a seamless experience for landlords across the UK.
