Doug Douglas of Dallas, Texas, is the vice president of Mobility Management Services at Dallas Area Rapid Transit (DART). He chairs the Paratransit and Accessibility Advisory Group and coordinates transportation with health and human service providers, nonprofit organizations, faith-based, medical and similar agencies. He earned his undergraduate degree in biology and chemistry from Texas Southern University in Houston and has studied psychology at TSU and medicine at Meharry Medical College in Nashville. He has served as an LETU trustee since 2003. Other boards he has served on include Dallas Lighthouse for the Blind and Easter Seals.
