Nitesh Agrawal

Nitesh Agrawal has a diverse range of work experience. Nitesh is currently the Founder and CEO of Dive, a meeting productivity and engagement platform used by thousands of organizations worldwide. Nitesh was also a Fellow at On Deck, where they were part of a community of entrepreneurs focused on building something new.

In addition, Nitesh has served as a Mentor at Alchemist Accelerator and played a crucial role as the Senior Vice President at GoScale Group Inc., where they led a team in driving the remote business for the technology conglomerate.

Prior to these roles, Nitesh was the Founder and CEO of Indiez, a platform that connects businesses with top engineers. Nitesh also worked as an Entrepreneur In Residence at 1776 and was a core team member at Housing.com.

Nitesh's entrepreneurial journey also includes co-founding IREF, a real estate platform, and working as a Data Science Consultant at Inductis. In the early stages of their career, they were an early employee at Ola, where they played a key role in figuring out the point-to-point taxi model for the company.

Nitesh Agrawal completed their Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) in Civil Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay. Nitesh attended the institute from 2007 to 2012.
