Adline Dely

Adline Dely is currently serving as a Virtual Access Core Coach at Let's Get Ready, providing support to high school seniors during their college application process. Experience at Smith College includes roles as a BGSC Conservation Intern, Reunion Student Worker, Research Assistant, Treasurer of the French Club, and Co-Chair of The Smith African & Caribbean Students Association, alongside participation as an AEMES Scholar focused on biodiversity and plant conservation. Additional roles include a Career Coach Program Participant at Summer Search, an RBG Kew Intern involved in phylogenetic research, and an Advising Fellow at Matriculate. Adline has also gained valuable skills through internships at Repertoire Immune Medicines and experience as a Bottom Line student and Lead BPL Mentor at the Boston Public Library. Adline is pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Biology at Smith College, expected to graduate in May 2026.
