Vice President of Customer Success at Highlight

Keshia Peris has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Keshia is currently the Vice President of Customer Success at Highlight, a venture-backed startup offering agile in-home product testing. Prior to this, they were the Head of Customer Success at Highlight, where they revolutionized the way businesses innovate and raised the bar for consumer expectations.

Before joining Highlight, Keshia worked at Kelton Global as the Head of Client Development, where they managed the pipeline and set strategic priorities for client acquisition and growth initiatives. Keshia also served as the Director and Associate Director of Insights and Strategy, leading global work and project scoping for product, marketing, and insights teams, including managing the Google account.

Prior to Kelton Global, Keshia worked at Lieberman Research Worldwide as a Senior Research Manager, where they used market research to drive business impact for Fortune 500 companies. Keshia led the research process from survey design to actionable recommendations and focused on custom projects in CPG, retail, and tech sectors. Keshia also had roles as a Research Manager and Research Associate at the same company.

In 2010, Keshia worked as a Graduate Research Assistant at the Center for Risk and Economic Analysis of Terrorism Events (CREATE) at USC. Keshia contributed to a project contracted by the Department of Homeland Security and conducted research on risk perception and decision-making in the event of an anthrax attack.

Keshia also has experience working with non-profit organizations. Keshia served as a Board Fellow at YWCA of Seattle, King County, Snohomish County, where they advocated for clients and assisted with strategic planning and recruitment efforts. Additionally, they worked as a Policy Research Assistant at the Economic Opportunity Institute, analyzing the impacts of the recession on employment and livelihood in Washington State. Earlier in their career, they were a Public Policy Intern at Town Hall Los Angeles and a Development Intern at the United Nations Association.
