Tara Nejad

Tara Nejad has a diverse work experience, starting with their current role as a Research Manager at Highlight. In this position, they lead in-home product testing initiatives for various Fortune 500 clients. Their responsibilities include managing project processes, client communications, project scoping, and reporting. Tara is also involved in project management tasks such as research design, recruitment, programming, data collection, data processing, and analytics. Tara also plays a role in developing and maintaining strong client relationships. Additionally, they contribute to the growth of the Customer Success team by managing direct reports and training new hires.

Prior to their current role, Tara worked as a Senior Research Consultant at Feedback Loop from 2020 to 2021. Before that, they held a Research Consultant position at the same company from 2018 to 2020. In 2018, they gained experience as a User Research Intern at FreshForm. Tara also had internships at Faraday Future in 2017 and Sony Pictures Entertainment in 2016. In 2015, Tara worked as a Peer Advisor at UCSD Revelle College Academic Advising.

Through their various roles, Tara has developed a wide range of skills in research management, project coordination, client relations, and team leadership.

Tara Nejad pursued their Bachelor of Science degree in Cognitive Science with a specialization in Human Computer Interaction at UC San Diego from 2014 to 2018. Additionally, they pursued a minor in Design & Business during their time at the university.
