Kidae Hong is currently the CEO and co-founder of Circle, a web-based video-conferencing tool for networking and socializing. Kidae started this role in January 2021. Previously, in 2020, they worked as a Senior Product Manager Intern at Amazon for two months. From 2016 to 2019, Kidae was the co-founder and CEO of LIVEO, a live streaming social media app. Before that, from 2012 to 2015, they were the CEO of WeGeneration, a celebrity charity crowdfunding platform. In 2014, Kidae co-founded and served as the CEO of Audrey.C, a celebrity co-founded fashion brand. Prior to that, they were the Head of Strategy at Goodoc from 2011 to 2012, and a Research Assistant at Monitor Group in 2011. Starting in 2008, Kidae worked as an International Business Supervisor at INCA Internet Co., Ltd. until 2011.

Kidae Hong pursued their education in a chronological manner, starting from 2004 to 2012, when they attended the Korea Advanced Institute of Science and Technology (KAIST). During this time, they obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree with a field of study in Industrial & Systems Engineering.

Afterwards, from 2019 to 2021, Kidae Hong enrolled at the NYU Stern School of Business, where they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a field of study in Business Administration and Management, General.
