Kadu Szili

Kadu Szili has extensive experience in product design and UX/UI design. kadu has held various leadership roles in companies such as LetsGetChecked, Mercedes-Benz.io, keezag Lda, Care to Beauty, OUSE Creative Lab, Avanti Tecnologia e Marketing, Agencia DMK, RAPP, TV1.com, and GPA.

In their most recent role as the Lead Product Designer at LetsGetChecked, Kadu leads a team of product designers across different products and is responsible for designing user interfaces, conducting user tests, and improving the order flow. kadu also leads the company's design system.

At Mercedes-Benz.io, Kadu served as the Lead Product Designer for the Global Marketplace platform, where they designed concepts, features, and documentation. kadu also worked as a Senior Product Designer for the Global website, creating sections and components for the CMS.

During their time at keezag Lda, Kadu led the redesign of the user interface and developed a product design system. kadu conducted user research, focus groups, and data analysis.

At Care to Beauty, Kadu worked as a Product Designer, conducting UX analysis, designing and prototyping new ideas, and developing landing pages and website improvements. kadu also redesigned the brand and built a design system for a new version of the website.

Kadu co-founded and served as the Head of Digital at OUSE Creative Lab, a digital agency specializing in user experience analysis, design, and development. kadu managed a multidisciplinary team and orchestrated the delivery of projects within tight timelines and limited budgets.

In their previous roles at Avanti Tecnologia e Marketing and Agencia DMK, Kadu held leadership positions managing design and UX teams, dealing with client expectations, and project management.

Early in their career, Kadu worked as a Senior UI Designer and Marketing Designer at RAPP, TV1.com, and GPA, where they gained experience in e-commerce design and team management.

Kadu Szili completed their education from 2001 to 2005 at the Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie, where they earned a Bacharel degree in Desenho Industrial (Industrial Design) after a five-year program. In addition to their formal education, they obtained several certifications in the field of User Experience (UX) and related areas. In June 2018, they completed the Lean Inception Facilitator (CLF®) certification from CAROLI. kadu also completed various online courses from Alura Cursos Online, including UX for Product Design, UX Strategy, User Experience, and UX Usability, all completed between January and June 2018.
