José María Baños

José María Baños is the Founding Partner and Managing Director of Letslaw, a Digital Business Law Firm specializing in Corporate Law, IT/IP Law, Fintech Law, Computer and Audiovisual Law, and the protection of intellectual and industrial property. José María Baños obtained a Master's degree in "Especialista en Derecho de las Nuevas Tecnologías" from Universidad Pontificia Comillas in 2002. Prior to that, they completed a Curso Superior in "Análisis y Dirección" from the same university in 2000. In 1999, José attended Universidad Complutense de Madrid and completed the "Escuela de Práctica Jurídica". José María also holds a Bachelor's degree in Law from the same university, which they received in 1997. José María Baños has an additional certification as an "ACP APEP Consultor Perfil Jurídico" obtained from the Asociación Profesional Española de Privacidad - APEP in the year 2016.
