Michael Hughes-Espedal

Michael Hughes-Espedal has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Michael is currently the Chief Executive Officer at Lettbutikk AS, a rapidly growing technology-driven 3PL player in the Nordics. Michael is responsible for disrupting the e-commerce space and supporting customers with value-driven insights. Additionally, Michael serves as a Board Member for Easy2You.

Prior to their current roles, Michael worked at Komplett Group as the Director Private Label from September 2020 to July 2021. Before that, they held various positions at Boston Consulting Group (BCG), including Principal, Project Leader, and Consultant, from October 2013 to September 2020. Michael also worked as a Client Executive Manager at Implement Consulting Group from August 2010 to September 2013.

Michael's career began at Procter & Gamble, where they held multiple roles, including Brand Manager Nordic, Business Unit Manager Nordic, Pricing and Trade Term Manager, and Management Trainee, from March 2000 to April 2008.

Furthermore, Michael gained experience as the European Group Category Manager at Circle K, overseeing retail operations in eight markets and more than 2,300 convenience stores from April 2008 to July 2010.

Michael Hughes-Espedal obtained a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Copenhagen Business School, which they completed from 1993 to 1996. Subsequently, they pursued an MBA with a focus on Marketing & Innovation at the same institution, from 1996 to 1999.
