Arindam Mitra

Arindam Mitra has a diverse work experience in the biotechnology and healthcare sectors. Arindam is currently serving as the Director, CMC at LEUCID BIO since September 2022. Prior to this role, they were the Associate Director, CMC at the same company from January 2022.

From 2019 to 2022, Arindam worked as the Head of ATMP Production at Guy's and St Thomas' NHS Foundation Trust. During their tenure, they managed the production of advanced therapy medicinal products and maintained operational targets.

From 2012 to 2018, they worked at Cell Medica as a Production Manager. In this role, they managed trial production of ATIMPs/Specials, oversaw process development projects, and ensured compliance with EU GMP/FDA regulations. Arindam also contributed to the design of a multi-product facility for ATIMPs/INDs manufacturing.

Arindam started their career as a Scientist at Anthony Nolan from 2011 to 2012. Prior to that, they worked as an Analyst at Huntingdon Life Sciences from 2010 to 2011.

Arindam Mitra completed their Bachelor's degree (Hons) in Biotechnology from the University of Hertfordshire between 2007 and 2010. Later, they pursued a Master's degree in Immunology from the London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine, U. of London, which they successfully obtained between 2018 and 2019.
