Eric Uppiano

Eric Uppiano has over 30 years of work experience in various leadership roles. Eric is currently the President of The Uppiano Group, LLC, where they focus on helping Northwest companies improve their vision, strategy, leadership, and continuous improvement culture. Prior to this, Eric held multiple roles at Leupold + Stevens, Inc., including Director of Assembly, Value Engineering, Product Services, Tooling Services, and Custom Shop. Eric was responsible for leading a multicultural workforce, designing and manufacturing tools, and overseeing optical product assembly. Before joining Leupold + Stevens, Inc., Eric worked as the Optics Brand Manager at Blount Inc, Sporting Equipment Division, and as a Human Resource Consultant at IEC Management Resource Group. Overall, Eric has a strong track record of transforming operations, implementing Lean concepts, and driving continuous improvement.

Eric Uppiano obtained their Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration and Management, General from The College of Idaho. Eric pursued this degree from 1976 to 1980.
