Rob Nees

Rob Nees has extensive experience in various leadership roles within the manufacturing and supply chain industry. Rob most recently served as the Vice President of Manufacturing and Global Supply Chain at Leupold + Stevens, Inc., where they provided strategic direction and implemented cost-effective systems and processes. Prior to that, Rob worked as the Vice President of Operations and General Manager at Warne Scope Mounts, overseeing manufacturing activities, new product development, and customer relations. Rob also held the positions of Sales & Marketing Manager and Business Development at WW Group, where they directed sales and marketing efforts and developed new sales strategies. Earlier in their career, Rob served as the General Manager and Sales Manager at Sunset Manufacturing Co.

Rob Nees attended Hillsboro High School. The exact years of their attendance are unknown. After high school, they enrolled at the University of Oregon and completed their degree in Psychology from 1992 to 1996.
