Mariana Aguirre is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in both entrepreneurship and compliance. Currently, Mariana serves as the owner of AMAR - Productos Orgánicos, an online store specializing in organic body care products and environmental sustainability, since August 2020. Mariana has also held the position of Assistant Compliance Officer at La Alhondiga Centro Cambiario S.A. de C.V. since January 2016. Prior to these roles, Mariana was the owner and manager of Barbería El Galgo Negro from November 2017 to November 2019, worked as a nutritionist at a private consulting practice from February 2016 to 2019, and served as a university lecturer in applied mathematics in nutrition and the history of food from August 2016 to August 2017. Mariana holds a Diplomatura in Business Administration and Management from Universidad Anahuac Online and a Bachelor’s degree in Food, Nutrition, and Wellness from Universidad del Centro de México.
