Regine Stauch has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as Head of HR Business Partner at Leuze since January 2022. Prior to this role, Regine worked at WERU as Personalleiter from September 2017 to December 2021. Regine's tenure at Carl Zeiss Meditec AG from April 2012 to August 2017 included positions such as Leiter Change Management Business Group Medical Technology and Director Human Resources for Surgical Ophthalmology, where responsibilities spanned multiple international production sites. Earlier experience at ZEISS Group involved HR project management in Shanghai, focusing on HR processes in rapidly developing economies, and included roles in comprehensive HR management and staff development within production and service units.
