Gary Kordic has extensive work experience in various positions and roles. Gary started their career in 1987 at Hyder Consulting and worked in various positions, eventually becoming the Director of Civil Engineering. Gary then joined Maunsell (now ACOM) in 1997 as a Principle Engineer. In 1998, they became a Director and Shareholder at Hepburn and Thorpe. From 1999 to 2007, they worked at Sunland Group Limited, initially as a Development Executive and later as the Queensland Housing and Land Manager and the National Land and Housing Manager. Gary then served as the Director at Joy Developments Pty Ltd from 2007 to 2011. From 2011 to 2023, they held the position of Head of Development at Aveo Group. Currently, Gary is the Chief Property Officer at Levande, starting in 2023.
Gary Kordic obtained a Bachelor of Engineering (Civil) degree from QIT, specializing in Civil Engineering. Gary attended QIT from 1983 to 1986.
