Meital Shizaf Shuker has a strong background in IT project management and ERP implementation. In 2008, they started their career at CAL as a Priority System Administrator. From 2011 to 2013, they worked at Medatech as an ERP Project Manager. Meital then moved on to Tulip Information Systems and STK bio-ag technologies as an Enterprise Resources Planning Project Manager and ERP Project Manager, respectively, from 2013 to 2014. In 2014, they joined CAL Cargo Airlines Ltd. as an Information Technology Project Manager and held this position until 2023. Currently, they are serving as the Chief Information Officer at Levanon Kogan (LK).

Meital Shizaf Shuker completed a Bachelor of Technology degree in Industrial Engineering from Shenkar College from 2004 to 2008. Meital then pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Management Information Systems at Bar-Ilan University from 2012 to 2013.
