Sonia Liew

Sonia Liew is an experienced HR professional with a diverse background in human capital leadership across various industries. Currently serving as the Head of Human Capital at Levanta Renewables and as the Founder of myCHRO, which provides strategic HR solutions to businesses, Sonia also holds an advisory role at Perch. Previously, Sonia held significant positions at the Bata Group as the Head of Human Capital APAC & Talent Partner for Global Supply Chain, and at Essence as Senior Director of Talent Management APAC. Additional experience includes roles as Rewards Director APAC at Anheuser-Busch InBev and Integration Lead for Asia Pacific & North Asia at GSK, among others. Sonia graduated from the National University of Singapore with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government and completed a Professional Diploma in Labor and Industrial Relations from OTC Labor Leadership Institute (NUS Ext).
