Crystal has a strong background in managing retail centers, land developments, and building operations. Crystal also has experience in talent management from their time as a Regional Business Services Manager for the State of Texas. Crystal holds a Doctor of Management degree, an MBA, a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, and an Associate of Science degree in Natural Sciences.
