Steve Gunsior

Steve Gunsior has over 25 years of work experience in the IT industry. Steve began their career in 1995 as a Senior Software Engineer at Lockheed Martin. In 1999, they moved to 3Com/Call Technologies as a Technical Manager, where they managed multiple national accounts, established and exceeded annual fiscal goals, and scheduled and directed technical resources. In 2004, they joined ExcelaCom, Inc. as a Senior Manager, where they led IT architecture efforts at multiple commercial firms, managed design and delivery of information systems, and developed detailed processes, guidelines, and organizational structures. In 2010, they founded Level 5 Consulting, where they assist CEOs, CIOs, Directors, and IT managers with challenges with current IT vendors, projects not meeting expectations, and tight time and performance constraints.

Steve Gunsior began their educational journey at WT Woodson before obtaining a Bachelor of Science in Aerospace Engineering from the University of Virginia between 1988 and 1993. Steve then went on to pursue a Masters of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Michigan State University between 1993 and 1995. Steve concluded their formal education with a Masters of Science in Systems Engineering from Virginia Tech between 1995 and 1998. In 2015, they obtained a Scrum Master certification from the Scrum Alliance.
