Currently serving as the Head of Redesign Talent & People at Redesign Health and the VP, HRBP & Talent Management at Level Access, Megan has also co-founded Making Talent Count and is a founding member of Hacking HR's Experts Council. Previously, they held key positions at companies like Quorum, EVERFI, and Discovery Communications, specializing in talent management, organizational design, and employee experience. Megan earned both a Bachelor's degree in Spanish and a Master's degree in Industrial Relations & Human Resources from Penn State University.
