Sanjeev Desai is an accomplished engineering leader with extensive experience in the technology sector. Currently serving as the Director of Engineering at Level AI, Sanjeev previously co-founded Veever, focusing on enhancing recruitment quality by emphasizing the approach taken by candidates. At Instagram, Sanjeev contributed to the growth of the Shop Ads product as an Engineering Leader. Prior experience includes serving as Director of Engineering for Payments & Affordability at Flipkart, where collaboration with cross-functional teams led to the development of innovative products, and as a founding member of Cleartrip, where mentoring and team management were key responsibilities. Sanjeev holds an Executive Program in Business Management from the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta, and a Bachelor of Engineering in Information Technology from B V B College of Engineering & Technology.
