Michael MacHat

Michael Machat is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the construction and real estate industries. Currently serving as Executive Vice President at LEVEL Construction, Inc. since February 2025, Machat previously co-founded and worked as COO at Baldovin Cannabis Construction for one year. Prior to that, a long tenure at Reed Construction lasted from October 2001 to January 2024, where Machat held the position of Executive Vice President, Business Development. Earlier in the career, Machat was a Real Estate Account Manager at Eziaz from 1998 to 2001. Michael Machat holds a degree from The University of Kansas, earned between 1989 and 1994.
