Haley Johnson

Haley Carstensen Johnson is a finance and investment professional with extensive experience across various sectors. Currently, Haley serves as a Principal at Level Equity since March 2024 and is an Advisory Board Member at Achilles International since January 2023. Additionally, Haley has been involved as an Ambassador and Consultant with Impact Experience since September 2018. Previously, Haley held senior positions at i80 Group from August 2019 to March 2024, where responsibilities included Senior Vice President and Vice President. Earlier career experiences include roles at CircleUp as a Business Development Associate, Pantheon Ventures as an Associate, and Barclays in the Investment Banking Analyst position, with a summer internship at Barclays prior to full-time employment. Haley holds a Bachelor of Arts in Mathematics modified with Economics from Dartmouth College and has also studied at Universite Toulouse Le Mirail. Education was completed at The Lawrenceville School, providing a strong foundation in analytical and financial skills.
