Sharon Bray has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Sharon started their career in 1998 at AT&T, where they held the position of Director and Associate Director. Sharon'sresponsibilities included managing multiple call centers and using various software and tools to support customer service operations. During their time at AT&T, they also created and maintained reports aimed at improving back office performance.

In 2012, Sharon joined SDUIS as a Professor, teaching online university courses in Business and Marketing. Sharon'sfocus was on subjects like PMBOK and Customer Service for advanced degrees.

From 2015 to 2018, they worked at GreatCall (Best Buy) as a Senior Manager Customer Operations. In this role, they managed a large budget and implemented the Genesys Workforce Enterprise Contact Center platform. Sharon also led integration and testing for multiple lines of business and took on project management responsibilities.

At BATTLE CLASSICS, LLC, Sharon served as the Chief Financial Officer from 2012 to 2021. Sharon'sduties included managing a sales team, procurement of supplies, and ensuring compliance with state records.

From 2018 to 2021, they worked at VITAS Healthcare as a Workforce and Planning Manager Hybrid. Sharon oversaw workforce management and operations planning for six lines of business and facilitated the launch of a contact center platform. Sharon collaborated with various teams to ensure the smooth functioning of the contact center.

In 2022, Sharon transitioned into the role of a Workforce Analyst at VITAS Healthcare. Sharon supported workforce metrics for clinical and non-clinical agents and worked closely with Operations Leaders and Workforce Director.

Currently, Sharon is a Real Time Analyst at Level Home Inc., where they utilize their skills to ensure efficient real-time operations.

Throughout their career, Sharon has demonstrated strong analytical and leadership skills, as well as expertise in workforce planning and contact center operations.

Sharon Bray completed their Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management, General from the University of Phoenix from 1985 to 1987. Later, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Business and Organizational Development from California State Polytechnic University-Pomona from 1993 to 1996. In 2018, they obtained a Lean Six Sigma Certificate in Process Improvement from San Diego State University.
