As co-founder and Director of Operations at Level Up Creators since August 2023, Erin excels in project oversight, documentation, marketing, sales, and administrative responsibilities. As the owner and CEO of Willow Sidekicks since September 2022, Erin focuses on empowering small businesses with effective financial and operational systems, prioritizing client satisfaction. Previously, as Director of Operations at Vintage City Church, Erin successfully led cross-functional teams and developed key performance indicators to enhance productivity, while also managing financial analysis and securing a multi-million dollar loan. Erin began a career at Horner Painting as Office Manager, where significant contributions were made to financial management and company growth. Erin holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from West Coast Bible College.
