Jimmy Tran is the President at Level Up MSP, where Jimmy provides proactive virtual CIO services to small and medium businesses. Jimmy has experience in IT helpdesk services and system administration, including designing and deploying upgrades and migrations for Microsoft Active Directory and Exchange. Jimmy also has experience in customer service and assisting with DNS configuration. Jimmy holds a Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems from San Jose State University.
