David Brown

David Brown is a Senior Architect and Developer at Level 19 Consulting Inc, currently consulting at Interac to define and build new payment and banking services. As the owner of Positive Programming Inc since 1985, David has designed and developed multiple systems on various platforms using a wide range of technologies. In their previous roles at companies such as Mercedes-Benz Canada, BMO Financial Group, RBC, and Scotiabank, David has gained extensive experience in architecting and developing banking solutions and cloud-based microservices. With a background in Computer Science from York University, David has also worked on custom software development projects and mobile banking solutions using a variety of programming languages and technologies.
