Ty Kayton

Ty Kayton is a seasoned professional in the construction and development sector, currently serving as the Vice President of Development & Construction at Level5 Collaborative since May 2025. In this role, Ty Kayton is responsible for leading strategy in capital projects, ensuring alignment of scope, delivery models, and budget to promote successful project outcomes. Prior to this position, Ty Kayton accumulated extensive experience as a Preconstruction Manager at PCL Construction and Baker Companies, and held the same title at Alliance Construction Solutions, LLC. Ty Kayton began a career in project management at Hausmann Construction Inc. and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Management from the University of Nebraska at Kearney.
