Dan brings over 10 years of commercial real estate experience to sourcing and overseeing land acquisition and industrial development projects across Chicagoland and other Midwest markets. Before joining Cabot in 2022, he worked for Duke Realty and InSite Real Estate where he managed the development and construction of over 7.6 million square feet of industrial product, as well as various retail projects throughout the U.S. Dan graduated from Purdue University with a BA in Landscape Architecture and Urban Planning.
