Rayomond Chinoy

Rayomond Chinoy is an accomplished entrepreneur with extensive experience in technology and business management. As the Founder and CEO of IVR Lab since January 2003, Rayomond has developed automated IVR solutions that enhance productivity and profitability for retail and wholesale businesses. Additionally, as Founder and Director of Level9Solutions since April 2002, Rayomond specializes in website strategy development, including design, search engine optimization, and competitive analysis. Prior to these roles, Rayomond served as Product Development Manager at Transaction Tracking Technologies, where efforts focused on creating secure document solutions for banks and retail partners. Early career experience includes serving as Team Leader at TEKsystems, overseeing various Y2K compliance projects across the United States. Rayomond holds an M.B.A. in Health Care Management from Saint Leo University, a Bachelor of Arts in Business Management from Eckerd College, and further education from the University of South Florida.
