Nichola Tucker Gray

Nichola Tucker Gray is the Co-Founder and CEO of Kate McLeod, a company known for its innovative solid moisturizer, the Body Stone, which emphasizes self-care and intentionality. In addition to leading Kate McLeod since May 2018, Nichola serves as a Community Member at Level, an organization focused on bridging the racial wealth gap by investing in Black women. Previous experience includes roles as Manager and Senior Associate at Strategy& (part of the PwC network) and various educational and managerial positions, such as a 7th Grade Teacher at Teach for America and a Program Administration Manager at the Council for Economic Education. Nichola holds a B.A. in English and Art History from Dartmouth College, an M.S. in Secondary English Education from Lehman College, and an MBA from Columbia Business School.
