Ilze Kreičmane

Ilze Kreičmane has a diverse work experience spanning across different roles and industries. Ilze began their career in 2015 as a Bartender at a hotel, where they were responsible for customer service, staff assistance, and financial transactions. In the same year, they also joined ESN Riga as a Communications Manager, handling social media, creating visual content, and making decisions alongside the board. Ilze continued with ESN Riga as a Team Member in 2016.

In 2015, Ilze also started working at TestDevLab as a Quality Assurance Specialist, where they remained until 2020. Their responsibilities included ensuring the quality of software and conducting tests.

From 2020 to 2022, Ilze worked at Printful as a QA, contributing to the quality assurance processes for the company. Ilze then joined Nutrameg in 2022 as a QA Engineer and later moved to Levelpath in 2023, also as a QA Engineer.

Overall, Ilze has gained extensive experience in quality assurance, customer service, social media management, and decision-making throughout their career.

Ilze Kreičmane completed their Bachelor's degree in Automatics and Computer Engineering at Rīgas Tehniskā universitāte (Riga Technical University) from 2013 to 2016. Additionally, they obtained several certifications, such as a Project Management certification in June 2018, a Communication Certificate in January 2018, a Scrum Master certification from the Scrum Alliance in November 2017, an Advanced Level - Test Manager certification from the ISTQB - International Software Testing Qualifications Board in October 2016, and an ISTQB - Foundation level certificate from the ISTQB - International Software Testing Qualifications Board in April 2016.
