Kate Staaf

Kate Staaf is an accomplished Senior Product Designer with extensive experience in leading design initiatives for various companies. Currently at LevelTen Energy since August 2024, Kate previously contributed to Guru as a Senior Product Designer, where notable achievements included shipping four major feature sets to enhance real-time content collaboration. At Snapdocs, Kate designed an internal operations tool that significantly improved product efficiency by 67% and facilitated seamless system integration with Notarize. Earlier roles included Product Designer at CGI, where the application of Human Centered Design methodology led to the development of user-centric technology products, and Production Artist at Wall-to-Wall Studios. Kate's career began with roles in communications and education, following a Bachelor of Arts in Media Art and Design from James Madison University, earned in 2011.
