Nikolaus Thumma

Nikolaus Thumma has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and responsibilities. Nikolaus currently serves as the IT Director at LevelTen Energy, starting in 2022. Prior to this, they worked at BitTitan from 2015 to 2022, where they held multiple positions including Manager, IT, Manager, Systems Engineer, Systems Engineer, Applications, Systems Administrator, and Support Technician. At BitTitan, they provided high-level technical support, conducted employee training, and worked on in-house projects. Before that, they worked at Lockheed Martin in 2015 as a Systems Administrator, providing support for Microsoft's government cloud computing environment. From 2013 to 2015, they worked at Outerwall as a Deskside Support Technician and Service Desk Technician, delivering technical support to end-users. Furthermore, they worked at GTECH from 2010 to 2013 as part of operational support, where they monitored enterprise infrastructure and assisted in the daily operation of computer systems. Lastly, they began their career at Game Crazy in 2006 as a Shift Manager, responsible for store operations and managerial tasks.

Nikolaus Thumma obtained a Bachelor's degree in Information Systems from York College of Pennsylvania, where they studied from 2006 to 2010. In addition to their degree, they also obtained certifications from Microsoft. In August 2018, they obtained the certification for "Exam 346: Managing Office 365 Identities and Requirements" from Microsoft. Later, in December 2019, they obtained the "Microsoft Certified Azure Administrator Associate" certification from the same institution.
