Justin Salkin

Justin Salkin is a Partner at Levene Gouldin & Thompson, LLP, with a focus on medical malpractice defense, commercial litigation, and employment law arbitrations. Responsibilities include managing cases from inception through appeal, taking depositions, and drafting motions for New York Supreme Courts. Previously, Justin served as an Associate Attorney at Barclay Damon, LLP, and as an Adjunct Professor at Elmira College, teaching law as it pertains to business. Early experience includes roles as a Law Intern at Schenectady County District Attorney's Office and the Kings County District Attorney's Office, as well as a Student Assistant and Legal Intern at the New York Attorney General's Office and the Federal Trade Commission, respectively. Justin earned a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from Albany Law School and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Political Science from Binghamton University.
