Cecilia Conrad serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Lever for Change, a non-profit dedicated to connecting donors with innovative solutions for global challenges. Concurrently, Cecilia holds the position of Senior Advisor for Philanthropic Collaborations and Fellows at the John D. and Catherine T. MacArthur Foundation, where responsibilities include overseeing the 100&Change challenge and participating in the selection of MacArthur Fellows. Previous roles include Managing Director and Vice President at the MacArthur Foundation, as well as significant academic positions at Pomona College, Scripps College, Barnard College, Duke University, and Hunter College. Cecilia holds a PhD in Economics from Stanford University and has received honorary doctorates from the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth and Claremont Graduate University.
